1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Archicode S.A.E Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ: 32.694.742/0001-50), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Archicode offers custom business solutions, including:

• Custom CRM
• Omnichannel support systems
• ArchAssistents - Intelligent assistants for automation
• Integration with existing systems
• Consulting and technical support

All solutions are developed with proprietary tools and do not include source code delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

All solutions, tools, code, documentation, and materials provided by Archicode are the exclusive property of the company. The client receives a license to use the solution, but not ownership rights over the source code or tools used.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the services only for legal and authorized purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to access, copy, or modify the source code of solutions

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are established in a specific contract with each client. Amounts, deadlines, and payment conditions vary according to the project scope and contracted services.

6. Warranty and Support

Archicode provides:

• Technical support as agreed in contract
• Corrective maintenance for bugs and errors
• Security updates when necessary
• Initial training for client team

7. Limitation of Liability

Archicode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by law.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data, and sensitive materials shared during service delivery.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service contract upon prior notice as established in the specific contract. In case of termination:

• Client maintains access to exportable data
• Archicode may deactivate access to solutions
• Pending payments remain due

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

11. Changes to Terms

Archicode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
